Your Inspection

What to expect from your inspection.

Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, AMA Inspection Services LLC provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by the state of New Mexico and InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later, as well as items you’ll want to monitor for deferred maintenance. All findings will be documented in our easy-to-read report, delivered in HTML and/or PDF format, and will include an AI-generated summary along with nameplate analysis to help you quickly understand system details and priorities.
