SMS / Text Message Communications

AMA Inspection Services offers SMS text messaging to customers who provide explicit consent through our online booking form. SMS consent is optional and is NOT a condition of booking, purchasing, or receiving any inspection service.

What you’ll receive: Appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, inspection-day reminders, report-ready notifications, and occasional follow-up messages related to your inspection.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on your booking activity. Customers typically receive 2–6 messages per inspection.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. AMA Inspection Services does not charge for SMS messages.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out of SMS will not affect your inspection service in any way.

Data sharing — SMS opt-in information: We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected through the SMS opt-in process.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to this SMS policy: We may update this SMS section from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active SMS subscribers before taking effect.
